Shipping & Delivery

Our merchandise is authorised product and restricted to sell in Malaysia only.
We charge RM8 per transaction for Peninsular Malaysia and RM10 per transaction for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). We will bear the balance shipping fees, 35% petrol and shipping fee surcharge by the government. However, it’s free shipping for order above RM120!
You may track your order by login to our website, under ‘My Account’ you will be able to find the tracking option. If you are not our registered user, once we updated your tracking number, an email will send to you with the e-tracking link for you to keep track on your parcel’s status.

Shopping

Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, payment status & tracking number. However, you may still checkout as a guest. Do note that you’re unable to find your tracking number and order details at our store without registering as a member with us. You can still find the above information in your mailbox though.

We are trying to control the retail prices so they are the same or pretty much the same online and in store, but sometimes different channels might have different promotions that are out of our control.

We are sorry, you cannot change your order once the payment is confirmed.

You will receive your orders within 3 – 7 working days upon order placement. Pickups or CODs services are not available.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless an item is faulty or defective, within 7 days from the date you received it. The item has to be unused with tag on it. You may exchange the product for another one, be it the same or not. If the return was due to the item is faulty or defective, we are responsible for return shipping costs, or, just refunding the money if you don’t want the item returned. However, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We are sorry, we do not accept return, unless an item is faulty or defective.
  1. Customer have to send in their request (via email, FB / Instagram) within 3 days after they received their item.
    2. Ensure the item is still attached with our Hang Tag, Brand label & size sticker.
    3. The cost of returning the item to us & exchange shipping cost will be borne by the shopper.

You can pay via iPay88- a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, debit cards (PayPal) and local bank online transfers.
The only currency we accept is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
